Gain an understanding of the core behavioral drives that influence workplace behavior along with techniques to utilize the Predictive Index methodology in order to make better hiring decisions and lead more strategically.

Effective Leadership training is available in Edmonton, Calgary, Red Deer, Kelowna, Vancouver, Victoria, Regina, and Saskatoon.  Other locations may be available upon request.

Outcomes of training:

  • awareness of your own PI behavioral pattern and how it impacts interactions with direct reports, team-members, managers, clients, vendors, and others

  • understanding of differing drives and motivations

  • ability to interpret and apply the insights gained from Predictive Index data into daily decision-making

  • opportunity to maximize team performance by learning to coach to your team members’ strongest drives

  • knowledge of how to decode the drives and motivating needs of new job applicants to predict workplace behavior

  • application of workforce analytics to improve the engagement and performance of your team and organization

Training includes:

  • 22 hours of engaged learning, including a group workshop and 1-1 instruction

  • course materials

  • lunch during the workshop portion

  • certification as PI Practitioners from Predictive Index

  • $2295 per person for training 1-5 people, $1775 per person for training 6-10 people, $1532 per person for training 11-20 people
